UhmazeBowls was started in 2016, in Fort Myers, Florida. We started out at local Lee County farmers markets, and quickly realized the demand for healthy, quick eating options, such as our own. Two years later, we are thrilled to be opening our very first storefront in the heart of Fort Myers!

We specialize in handcrafting pure acai bowls, and superfood blends. We use premium ingredients, and offer a variety of dairy free, vegan, and gluten free options. We never use any fillers, added sugars, or artificial flavorings.

WHAT IS ACAI?

This little berry is one of the only fruits on the planet to be naturally sugar free, packed with antioxidants, and full of healthy omegas – giving it a one of a kind taste that’s rich, refreshing, and totally unique. Acai palm trees can be found deep in the rainforests of South America, particularly In Brazil. The benefits of acai are all found in the pulp, which is naturally packed with antioxidants, polyphenols and flavonoids (like those in red wine). Unlike any other fruit, the real magic of acai is that it has a perfect combination of polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats, giving it a creamy feel and loads of trace minerals and essential nutrients.

WHAT IS AN ACAI BOWL?

At UhmazeBowls, we blend pure, organic acai with other frozen fruits, and nut milks, making a thick, smoothie-like base. We top our base blend off with superfoods such as cacao nibs, chia seeds, honey, and bee pollen, all of which deliver a number of health benefits to the body. An acai bowl can be enjoyed as a guiltless treat, or as a meal any time of the day.
